Private Parking: Ample private parking is available for clients, ensuring convenience and ease of access to the office. Public Transit: The location is conveniently situated right off a bus line, making it accessible for both clients and clinicians alike. Utilities Included: All utilities, including internet, are covered in the rent. Comfort & Convenience: Complimentary snacks, tissues, toiletries, sound machines, and other essentials are provided for both clients and clinicians. Located in an area not saturated by therapists, this space allows room for your caseload to grow.

The clinician office space is featured in a high-end lifestyle magazine distributed monthly to over 60,000 homes and more than 50 businesses in affluent neighborhoods, which will enhance your inclusion on the practice website and boost your online visibility. There are multiple opportunities to market your private practice within the building and at community events. Your professional bio will be displayed in the lobby, allowing clients to get to know you better. We see clients in-person from Yamhill to SE Portland, and we also receive referrals and clients from across Oregon for telehealth, as we've marketed our services throughout the state.

Full Time: $1,200 per month allows you keys for full-time access to the clinician office space and everything listed above. You also have the option of furnishing and decorating the private practice as you please, including painting. For an additional $100 per month (for the first year), we will furnish it for you.

Rent per day: $300 per day (per month). If you rent on Monday, you get every Monday in the month for $300 total. If you choose to rent two days per week, it totals $600 for the month. Note that there is no key access; the room is available from 9 am to 7 pm on the days you rent. Furnishing and decor will remain as is, with everything else included.
