Ashley Garcia

Ashley is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.
She is certified in EAGALA Equine-Assisted Therapy and is trained in Natural Lifemanship. Ashley often sees individuals struggling with relational issues, anxiety, depression & trauma. She works with people looking to improve their self-empowerment in their relationships. She believes everyone has the capacity to grow & thrive with the right support. Her approach to therapy is based on the idea that relationships are fundamental to the health & well-being of her clients. Her role is to collaborate with & challenge her clients to help them change their life perspectives & exist in ways that bring them both happiness & empowerment. Melissa Montello

Melissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
She is a Nationally Certified Counselor. She is Trauma Informed Trained in Oregon and is a Certified Trauma Specialist. She has also completed training specific to complex trauma and grief. Melissa works primarily with Trauma (of all kinds), Anxiety, & Infertility/Pregnancy loss. She believes that the body holds onto all of our wounds & that learning to regulate the body can make a world of difference in how we experience life. She is here to offer support and resources to guide you in the direction you desire to go in a healthy, stable way. megan snow

Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor in the State of Oregon. She has over twenty years of experience working with children and adolescents, couples and families, and adults. She has specialized training in assessing/evaluating for ADHD in children/adolescents and adults. She provides ADHD assessments, differential diagnosis, and consultation services across a wide array of organizations and settings including schools, medical settings, consultation with mental health providers, and clients. She frequently advocates for families within the school system and will often assist with 504/IEP planning. Megan also has additional training in sexual abuse trauma, relationship issues, codependency and boundaries, depression, anxiety, and perinatal mood disorders. She strives to provide a nonjudgmental space to offer support, provide problem solving and practical strategies, offer new perspectives, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and help clients gain clarity and confidence. Megan has a direct approach to therapy; she aims to be forthcoming in therapy sessions, yet in a way that is honoring to her clients.

Jamie focuses on primarily adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, stress, and attachment-based issues. She truly believes that anyone can grow and make a change for the better. Tycie is a graduate student under supervision of Ashley Garcia , LMFT. As a marriage and family therapist, her work focuses on relationships. She primarily work with children, teens, and family groups (including couples). Individual adult clients can expect to dive deep into attachment history and to explore the impact of their families of origin. She believes every person has the inner strength and wisdom to heal from trauma. She also believes in the power of secure relationships to help regulate our nervous systems. She will create a safe therapeutic space together, one where you will be supported in creating the relationships and life you envision for yourself. She treats the whole person: mind, body, and spirit are interconnected and thus are equally important for healing. She specializes in treating attachment issues, sexuality concerns, and parenting difficulties. Her approach is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. My approach is rooted in collaboration, meaning I see therapy as a partnership where your voice and experiences are valued every step of the way. Together, we will work to create a safe space where you can share openly and explore what matters most to you. I understand that seeking help for challenges like anxiety, depression, or childhood trauma can feel daunting. My priority is to foster an empathetic environment built on trust, warmth, and respect. I offer unconditional positive regard—accepting you fully, without judgment—so you can feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and feelings.
